We are excited to celebrate our wonderful Abingdon Staff during Teacher Appreciation Week Monday, May 8th-Friday, May 12th. Please consider signing up to support the PTA with events during the week. - Sunday, May 7 from 3pm-4pm:
- Chalk the Walk - decorate the entryway and parking lot to welcome staff
- Marvelous Monday, May 8:
- AM Breakfast for Staff (donations welcome)
- Afternoon Candy Bar (donations of individually wrapped candy welcome)
- Terrific Tapas, Tuesday, May 9:
- Lunch provided by Two Board Teachers (Charcuterie, Tapas, Drinks)
- Wonderful Wellness Wednesday, May 10:
- Mid Morning: Smoothies provided by Tropical Smoothie
- Spa Goodies
- Afternoon: Trail Mix Bar (donations welcome)
- Thankful Thursday, May 11:
- AM: Bring a Flower for your Teacher(s) (don’t forget our specialists!!!) to create a bouquet. If you can’t bring a living flower, feel free to print this PDF for your child to color in
- Spirit Wear Delivery - teachers will receive their new Abingdon MVP shirts
- Afternoon: Movie Theatre Concession Stand (donations welcome)
- Fabulous Flavorful Friday, May 12:
- Bring your All About My Teacher (print this PDF and have your child bring it in)
- Dessert Bar (donations welcome)
- Bundtinis to take home provided by Nothing Bundt The Cake
