New Options for Fall Fundraiser:

Last year the PTA asked your opinion of its fundraising options and after hearing from you, we are changing our fall fundraising campaign. We are continuing with our sales catalog, which raises up to $10,000 each year, but we are also adding a new and exciting option for those of you not interesting in catalog shopping. Please take a look at both of our options:

 

GREAT AMERICAN CATALOG SALES | This year we are partnering with a new company, Great American, for our fall catalog sales campaign. Each student received a Great American catalog and order form. The catalog has a large selection of wrapping paper, candy, gifts and magazine subscriptions for family and friends to order. Your child can earn fun incentives by participating and approximately 40% of the proceeds will support the PTA. Please note that orders are due by Friday, October 16 and items will be delivered on Friday, November 19.

 

ARMCHAIR FUNDRAISING / DIRECT DONATION DRIVE | Have you discovered the life changing magic of tidying? Do you have enough special occasion gift wrap? No need for more candy in the house? Not enough time to solicit orders from family and friends? You can opt-out of catalog sales and still support the PTA by making a direct donation. This Armchair Fundraiser option requires minimal effort and 100% of your contribution goes to the PTA! And guess what -- by reading this letter you are already almost done!
