Register Your Grocery Cards to Support Abingdon
If you haven't already done so, please "link" your Giant Bonus Bucks Card, Safeway Club Card and Harris Teeter VIC Card to Abingdon. Our PTA earned $2200 last school year from these retail rebate programs. No special purchases are required; it's FREE money for our school when you buy groceries! You can do this on your own by visiting each individual website, or, click here to print out the Retail Rebate Sign-Up form and send it to school with your child. Your child's teacher will pass it to the PTA mailbox. Don't forget to ask your friends, neighbors and family members to participate in this easy program!

Communications Class Website
Kerry Abbott, Abingdon's communications teacher, has developed a website to showcase the work of students in her communications wheel class. You can view all the videos that were produced last school year, including plays, commercials and claymation movies. (You can also view the video of the Baton Club's performance at the June Wheel Night.) This is a great opportunity for out-of-state grandparents and friends to see your child's work! Join the Abingdon PTA
Please consider joining the Abingdon PTA. Membership dues are $5 per year. Additional donations are always welcome. We gladly accept checks, money orders and cash. Please complete the membership form (found at the bottom of The Little Bird) and return it to school via your child. Your child's teacher will ensure it is passed along to the PTA mailbox.
