Student Programs

PTA partners with Baroody to provide in-person enrichment classes for students after school during the fall and spring. Classes occur Monday through Thursday and run from 2:50 to 3:50 PM. 

PTA funds the Odyssey of the Mind program at Abingdon. Odyssey of the Mind is creative problem-solving program where student team members present their solution at a competition to a predefined long-term problem that takes many months to complete and involves writing, design, construction, and theatrical performance. Abingdon's student teams, led by their parent-volunteer coaches, meet for several months to prepare for the competition.
